Montessori For All Inc

Montessori For All Inc. (MFA) is a non-profit organization based in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2014, MFA employs seven people and generates an annual revenue of $50 million. The organization is dedicated to establishing and operating free, high-performing Montessori schools aimed at empowering children from diverse backgrounds. MFA provides educational services through two Montessori schools: Magnolia Montessori For All in Austin and Redbud Montessori For All in San Antonio. The schools serve students from pre-K3 through 6th grade, combining best practices from high-performing charter schools with authentic Montessori methods. Additionally, MFA operates an infant and toddler community called El Oso on the Magnolia campus to address educational disparities from an early age. A key aspect of MFA's mission is influencing public school districts to adopt Montessori practices. As a result of their efforts, Wynn Elementary (Austin ISD) and Steele Elementary (San Antonio ISD) have launched their first public Montessori programs.
