Monarch Academy Public Charter Schools

Monarch Academy Public Charter Schools is a tuition-free, privately operated charter school network headquartered in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Currently employing 22 individuals, Monarch Academy serves thousands of students throughout the state. Monarch Academy operates a variety of schools offering project-based learning environments. Monarch Academy Glen Burnie serves children from kindergarten through eighth grade in Anne Arundel County, while Monarch Academy Baltimore City caters to kindergarten through fifth grade students. Additionally, Monarch Global Academy, a partnership with TranZed and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), is set to open in Laurel, Maryland, in Fall 2014.
