Missouri Court of Appeals

The Missouri Court of Appeals is an intermediate appellate court located in St. Louis, Missouri. It is a state-level judicial body with 31 employees. The court's primary function is to review appeals from circuit court decisions. Parties who believe an error occurred during their circuit court proceedings can appeal to the Missouri Court of Appeals.
