Mission Propelle is a small consulting firm based in Chicago, Illinois, with three employees. Mission Propelle specializes in helping companies retain and support working parents. They offer one-on-one coaching and group workshops for parents, designed to help them effectively manage both work and family responsibilities. Additionally, they conduct data analysis in partnership with Roosevelt University to identify HR strategies that improve parental investment, retention, and morale.
