MidHudson Childrens Museum

The Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum is a non-profit educational organization based in Poughkeepsie, New York. The museum employs 7 people and generates $50 million in annual revenue. The museum offers a variety of exhibits focused on early literacy, art, early STEM, health, and the local community. These exhibits are designed to provide an educationally rich environment for children through purposeful play. The museum welcomes over 76,000 visitors each year and serves a diverse audience of families from all socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds, and of all abilities and needs. In addition to its core exhibits, the museum operates The Science Center @ MHCM and The Children's Garden @ MHCM. The museum also launched the Poughkeepsie Waterfront Market, a public farmers market connecting city residents and families with fresh, locally produced food.
