Management Leadership for Tomorrow

Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a non-profit organization based in Bethesda, Maryland. The organization employs 1,071 people and generates $50 million in annual revenue. MLT supports high-achieving African Americans, Latinx, and Native Americans by providing them with a professional development playbook, one-on-one coaching, and connections that help them advance their careers from college to MBA programs and into senior leadership roles. They have created a network of over 10,000 Rising Leaders and work with more than 150 leading corporations, nonprofits, and business schools to diversify their talent pipelines. MLT has developed the MLT Racial Equity at Work Certification, a standard that encourages employers to prioritize Black equity in the same way they prioritize financial goals. The organization also serves as a leading source of minority talent for top graduate business schools and major corporations such as Amazon, Boston Consulting Group, Citi, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Google, Greylock Partners, PepsiCo, and Target.
