Luxembourg American Cultural Society

The Luxembourg American Cultural Society (LACS) is a non-profit organization based in Belgium, Wisconsin. With a staff of 6 employees, the organization is dedicated to preserving and promoting Luxembourgish culture in the United States. Founded in 2004 by Americans with Luxembourg ancestry and representatives from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the LACS is affiliated with Luxembourg's Ministry of Culture, Higher Education and Research. LACS operates an international cultural center showcasing Luxembourgish heritage and culture. The center offers a variety of cultural programs throughout the year for its nearly 800 members, who reside in both the United States and Luxembourg.
