Luckyday Scholars Program

Luckyday Scholars Program is a non-profit organization based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Founded in 1978 by the late Frank R. Day, the program operates with a small team of five employees. The foundation has seen significant success, generating an annual revenue of $2.5 million. The Luckyday Scholars Program focuses on providing financial and developmental support to students pursuing higher education in Mississippi. They achieve this by awarding four-year scholarships to deserving students, enabling them to attend one of three state universities: The University of Mississippi, The University of Southern Mississippi, and Mississippi State University.
