Life Coaching Institute of America (LCIA) is a small coaching training program based in San Antonio, Texas. With four employees, LCIA has generated over $2.5 million in revenue. Established over twelve years ago, the company offers a comprehensive coach training program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). LCIA provides 60 hours of ICF-approved virtual coach training, supplemented by 10 hours of mentor coaching, designed to meet the requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. The program incorporates 30 hours of interactive, synchronous training delivered over three weekends, complemented by 30 hours of asynchronous assignments.
