LETS GO Boys and Girls

LETS GO Boys and Girls (LETS GO) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Annapolis, Maryland, dedicated to fostering STEM learning and interest in youth. With a team of 14 employees, LETS GO focuses on creating economic success for underserved and marginalized communities through STEM education and workforce development. LETS GO partners with schools, youth organizations, and other non-profits in historically under-resourced communities across Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, and Washington, D.C. They offer STEM learning experiences for youth from elementary school through post-secondary school age. LETS GO also equips administrative staff and instructors to deliver these experiences within their schools and communities. Furthermore, they provide workforce development, internship, and apprenticeship opportunities for high school and post-secondary school students. The organization collaborates with Partnerships in Education and Resilience (PEAR), Inc. to evaluate data related to their initiatives. This partnership involves administering student surveys annually and utilizing the collected data to generate statistical reports.
