Le Jardin Academy

Le Jardin Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Kailua, Hawaii. Employing 79 people, it serves students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. The organization generates $50 million in annual revenue. Le Jardin Academy is Hawaii's only Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 International Baccalaureate (IB) World Continuum School. The school's mission is to cultivate students who embrace hana pono to make a positive impact on the world. Its curriculum emphasizes inquiry, student agency, and differentiated instruction, preparing students for lifelong learning. Beyond traditional classrooms, the school's 24-acre campus offers students ample outdoor gathering space, a gymnasium, weight room, swimming pool, soccer field, and tennis court.
