Kompetenzzentrum für Prävention und Empowerment

Kompetenzzentrum für Prävention und Empowerment is a non-profit organization based in Berlin, Germany. With a small team of three employees, the organization focuses on combating antisemitism through education, research, and community engagement. The Kompetenzzentrum develops and implements educational programs and projects aimed at raising awareness about antisemitism and promoting tolerance. They also provide training to societal actors, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively address antisemitism. The organization collaborates with the FH Potsdam, conducting research on antisemitism within institutional settings. Since 2020, the Kompetenzzentrum has been a partner in the Kompetenznetzwerk Antisemitismus, a network supported by the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and the "Democracy Alive!" initiative.
