Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) is an independent government agency based in the United States. Established by Law Number 30 of 2002, the KPK employs 224 individuals and generates $1 billion in annual revenue. The KPK's mission is to combat corruption professionally, persistently, and continuously. They act as a catalyst, stimulating and improving the effectiveness of existing anti-corruption efforts by other institutions. The KPK coordinates with relevant authorities, supervises their activities, and conducts investigations, prosecutions, and preventative measures against corruption. Additionally, they monitor the governance of the nation.
