Kindness Farm

Kindness Farm is a non-profit organization based in SE Portland, Oregon. With a team of five employees, the organization focuses on promoting sustainable and community-driven agriculture. Kindness Farm offers educational programs in urban regenerative farming to children, adults, and seniors. These programs emphasize hands-on experience and affordability, empowering individuals to grow their own food sustainably. The farm also provides fresh produce to those experiencing food insecurity, donating 100% of its harvest to local food pantries and community initiatives. Kindness Farm operates with a strong emphasis on community involvement, relying heavily on volunteer support. Over the past three years, the farm has significantly impacted the community by teaching over 2,200 individuals how to grow their own food, donating produce for over 60,000 meals, and accumulating nearly 20,000 volunteer hours.
