Juxtaposition Arts

Juxtaposition Arts is a non-profit organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founded to empower young urban artists, the organization currently employs 26 individuals and generates over $10,000 in annual revenue. Juxtaposition Arts develops community through hands-on education initiatives focused on visual arts. These programs provide students with training in design, production, and marketing skills. Students then gain valuable experience by working in one of five social-enterprise studios, which create high-quality design products and services sold both locally and nationally. The organization's unique approach combines design education with youth empowerment, fostering self-sufficiency and creative expression. Juxtaposition Arts provides students with opportunities to learn and teach professional skills while contributing to the creation of meaningful products and services.
