Jewish Community Alliance of Southern Maine

The Jewish Community Alliance of Southern Maine (JCA) is a non-profit organization based in Portland, Maine. Since 1999, the JCA has brought together the Portland Jewish Community Center and Federation, with a mission to foster Jewish life and continuity both locally and globally. The JCA offers a wide range of programs and services, including a nationally accredited preschool, a summer camp accredited by the American Camp Association, and the Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning. They also provide Jewish Family Services, administer the PJ Library program, and organize an annual community campaign. In addition, the JCA hosts cultural events that attract people from various backgrounds and faiths. The JCA is a member of both the Jewish Community Centers Association (JCCA) and the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA).
