Jefferson Community College

Jefferson Community College, located in Watertown, New York, is a two-year institution of higher education. It is one of 64 campuses and 30 community colleges within the State University of New York (SUNY) system. The college serves a largely rural area with a focus on agriculture and tourism. Jefferson offers a variety of academic programs to meet the needs of its diverse student body. These include 14 Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) career curricula, 14 transfer Associate of Arts (A.A.) or Associate of Science (A.S.) curricula, and 9 certificate programs. The college also provides six degree programs that can be completed entirely online. To facilitate student transfer to four-year institutions, Jefferson Community College has established articulation agreements with colleges and universities across the United States.
