Ithaca College Student Governance Council

Ithaca College Student Governance Council is a student organization based in Ithaca, New York. It is comprised of six employees and has an annual revenue of over $10,000. The Student Governance Council serves as the voice of Ithaca College students, acting as a liaison between the student body and the college administration. They gather student feedback and concerns to provide formal recommendations to the administration on matters affecting the student experience. The council also acts as a consultant for the administration on institutional issues and ensures student perspectives are directly conveyed during decision-making processes. This student-led organization actively engages with the campus community. Meetings are held every Monday evening at 7:30pm in the Taughannock Falls Room on the third floor of Campus Center and are open to the public.
