Iowa Primary Care Association

The Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) is a non-profit membership association based in Des Moines, Iowa. Comprised of 13 community health centers and one migrant health program, Iowa PCA advocates for accessible and affordable healthcare, particularly for vulnerable populations. Iowa PCA provides technical assistance and training to its member health centers, supporting their mission to deliver quality primary and preventive health care. These centers collectively serve nearly 200,000 Iowans annually through approximately 700,000 patient visits. Through INConcertCare, a sister company, health centers receive support in health information technology, leveraging data analytics and population health management to improve care coordination. Iowa PCA's second sister company, IowaHealth+, is an integrated primary care network of 11 member health centers and the association itself. This statewide network focuses on improving patient outcomes while reducing healthcare costs, emphasizing patient engagement and empowerment.
