International Virtual eHospital Foundation

The International Virtual e-Hospital Foundation (IVeH), formerly known as the Kosova Foundation for Medical Development, is a non-profit organization based in Austin, Texas. IVeH is a 501©3 organization with a team of 12 employees. IVeH's mission is to improve healthcare systems in developing countries by introducing and implementing telemedicine, telehealth, and virtual educational programs. They have established the Telemedicine Center of Kosova and are currently developing the Integrated Telemedicine and e-Health Program in Albania and the Republic of Cape Verde. The organization's approach centers around creating an affordable model for developing countries that combines telemedicine and virtual education to build sustainable healthcare infrastructure. IVeH achieves this through international collaboration and the development of local human capacity for managing telemedicine and telehealth programs.
