International Leadership of Texas

International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) is a free, public charter school based in Richardson, Texas. Currently serving over 669 employees, ILTexas operates across 24 campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and College Station areas, providing education to K-12 students. The school generates an annual revenue of $1 billion. ILTexas offers a unique educational experience focused on preparing students for leadership roles in the global community. Their curriculum emphasizes servant leadership, fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese, and the development of strong minds, bodies, and character. The school distinguishes itself by fostering international relationships with schools in China, facilitating teacher and student exchanges.
