## International Communication Association The International Communication Association (ICA) is a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC. It is a professional association dedicated to advancing the scholarly study of communication. ICA boasts a membership of over 4,689 individuals from 87 countries, representing a diverse range of communication scholars and practitioners.
