Institute for Technology Law Policy

The UCLA Institute for Technology, Law & Policy (ITLP) is a collaborative effort based in Los Angeles, California. The Institute, which employs five individuals, is a partnership between UCLA School of Law and UCLA Samueli School of Engineering. ITLP focuses on cross-disciplinary research and analysis surrounding emerging technologies. Their work explores the development, implementation, and regulation of new technologies with a goal of ensuring they are socially beneficial, equitable, and accountable.
