Innovative Concepts, Inc. (ICI) is a company based in McLean, Virginia, specializing in custom software solutions. Founded in 1985 by engineers from M/A-COM Linkabit, ICI boasts a team of 40 employees and generates an annual revenue of $9 million. Initially focusing on satellite programs, ICI developed solutions for the United States Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) on projects like the Deep Space Program Science Experiment (DSPSE), Naval Earth Map Observer (NEMO), and Special Sensor Ultraviolet Limb Imager (SSULI). They also created the Iridium Constellation Side Emulator (CSE).
