Indiana Guard Reserve

Indiana Guard Reserve is a government organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The organization employs 42 people and generates an annual revenue of $100 million. The Indiana Guard Reserve serves as a supplemental force to the Indiana National Guard, responding to the Governor's orders during emergencies. Their primary function is to train and manage civilian volunteers who provide support to Hoosiers in times of need. This includes augmenting or embedding with the National Guard during emergencies and assuming the state's responsibilities of the Indiana National Guard when they are mobilized for federal service.
