IFPTI

IFPTI is a non-profit organization based in Portage, Michigan, specializing in food safety training. With 22 employees, the Institute has a proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality training programs since 2009. IFPTI's mission is to protect public health and the food supply by building a strong and competent food safety workforce. IFPTI develops and delivers standards-based food protection training programs designed to meet the FDA National Curriculum Standard. These programs are offered under Cooperative Agreements with the US Food and Drug Administration and are tailored to the needs of food safety professionals throughout their careers.
