Idaho Foodbank

The Idaho Foodbank is an independent, non-profit organization based in Meridian, Idaho. Founded in 1984, the organization is the largest distributor of free food assistance in the state. With a team of 101 employees, the Idaho Foodbank generates approximately $21.1 million in annual revenue. The Idaho Foodbank works to combat hunger in Idaho by distributing about 2.6 million pounds of food each month. This food is distributed through a network of over 450 community partners, including schools, food pantries, emergency shelters, feeding sites, and senior centers. The organization also operates direct-service programs aimed at promoting healthy families and communities through proper nutrition. Through its extensive network and diverse programs, the Idaho Foodbank reaches approximately 197,400 Idahoans struggling with food insecurity.
