iCan Shine

iCan Shine, formerly known as Lose The Training Wheels, is a national charitable non-profit organization based in Paoli, Pennsylvania. The organization employs 16 people and generates an annual revenue of $551 million. iCan Shine partners with organizations and individuals, called "program hosts," to deliver its iCan Bike program. This program provides opportunities for nearly 3,000 individuals with disabilities across 32 states and 3 Canadian provinces to learn to ride a bicycle independently. The iCan Bike program boasts a high success rate, with approximately 80% of participants achieving independent two-wheel cycling by the end of the five-day program. Those who don't reach full independence during the program receive training for parents and/or siblings to continue their progress.
