Human Resources Management Association at UCI

The Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) at UCI is a student organization based in Irvine, California. Established in 2019, HRMA is comprised of four employees and serves as the sole human resources-focused business organization at the University of California, Irvine. HRMA provides its members with a platform to explore the complexities of the HR industry through various initiatives. These include guest speaker sessions, mentorship and internship programs, professional workshops, and opportunities to pursue HR certifications. By partnering with the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) as a student chapter, HRMA grants its members access to exclusive networking and learning experiences with industry professionals. HRMA differentiates itself by being the first and only student organization dedicated to human resources at UC Irvine.
