Hispanic American Community Education and Services HACES

Hispanic American Community Education and Services - HACES is a non-profit organization based in Waukegan, Illinois. The organization was founded twelve years ago by Mario Peña and María Elena Jonas in response to the needs of immigrant families in the community.
