Employing 10 individuals, the company specializes in the production and marketing of renewable diesel. Heartwell Renewables stands apart in the industry as the sole entity capable of producing renewable diesel and distributing it directly to retail pumps. Their operations involve sourcing feedstock, primarily tallow and distillers corn oil, which Cargill supplies. Cargill leverages its existing facilities in Nebraska and beyond to secure these low-carbon feedstocks. Once produced, the renewable diesel is transported and marketed nationwide through Musket, a division of the Love’s Family of Companies. This integrated approach allows Heartwell Renewables to control the entire process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering the finished product.
