The Havre de Grace Housing Authority (HDGHA) is a non-profit organization based in Havre De Grace, Maryland. With a small team of three employees, the HDGHA has a mission to provide quality, safe, and affordable housing options while empowering residents towards self-sufficiency. The HDGHA offers a variety of housing solutions, including single-family townhomes and elderly/disabled townhomes. Their primary focus is serving low to moderate income families in Harford County, Maryland. Since its establishment in the 1970s, the HDGHA has served nearly 1,500 families.
