GrossmontCuyamaca Community College District

The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is a two-college district based in El Cajon, California. Employing 282 individuals, the district serves over 30,000 students annually. Established in 1963, Grossmont College and Cuyamaca College, which began operations in 1978, work together to provide a high-quality education to the eastern San Diego County region. The district offers over 150 degree and certificate programs in a variety of fields. Grossmont College is renowned for its Administration of Justice, Culinary Arts, Nursing and Allied Health, and Theatre Arts programs. Cuyamaca College is recognized for its Automotive Technology, Ornamental Horticulture, Environmental Health and Safety, and Water/Wastewater Technology programs.
