Greenore Port is a privately owned commercial port located in Ireland. It is a subsidiary of the Doyle Shipping Group, which also operates under the name Burkeshipping Group, and employs over 400 people in Ireland. Greenore Port sits at the entrance to Carlingford Lough on Ireland's Cooley Peninsula and is conveniently connected to the M1 motorway via 15 kilometers of road. This access makes Greenore Port the most easily accessible port on Ireland's East Coast. Greenore Port's strategic location places it in the corridor between Belfast and Dublin, allowing it to serve both of Ireland's main cities.
