Greater Washington Urban League Thursday Network

Greater Washington Urban League Thursday Network is a nationally recognized auxiliary organization based in Washington, DC. Comprised of over 200 young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40, Thursday Network supports the Greater Washington Urban League's mission of providing direct services to those in need in the Washington Metropolitan area. Thursday Network focuses on community service programs and partnerships that align with the goals of the National Urban League. They assist the Greater Washington Urban League in achieving its objectives across Washington, DC, Montgomery County, MD, and Prince Georges County, MD. The organization sponsors various events throughout the year, including Young Black Give Back Month, participation in the NULYP National Day of Service and National Day of Empowerment, and scholarship awards at the Greater Washington Urban League's Annual Whitney M.
