Great Plains Alliance for Clean Energy

The Great Plains Alliance for Clean Energy (GPACE) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization based in Topeka, Kansas. Founded in response to legislative efforts to overturn the denial of air quality permits for a coal-fired power plant expansion, GPACE has been advocating for the development of Kansas’s renewable energy potential for over a decade.
