Great Noise Ensemble

Great Noise Ensemble is a chamber ensemble based in Washington, District of Columbia. Founded in 2005, the ensemble currently consists of 22 members, including 20 instrumentalists and 2 singers. They boast a growing reputation in the Washington, D.C. new music scene, having earned recognition as a leading force in contemporary music performance. Dedicated to championing new works and nurturing emerging talent, Great Noise Ensemble has commissioned and premiered nineteen new compositions.
