Governorâs Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery GOFERR

The Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery (GOFERR) is a small office located in Concord, New Hampshire. With a staff of three employees, GOFERR serves as a direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic. GOFERR’s primary function is to manage the allocation and distribution of CARES Act funding. Their mission is to ensure these emergency relief funds are delivered efficiently, fairly, and transparently to communities, organizations, and businesses across New Hampshire that have been negatively impacted by the pandemic.
