Who is Global Engagement Summit
The Global Engagement Summit (GES) is a student-run organization based in Evanston, Illinois. GES is comprised of a staff of 60 undergraduate students from Northwestern University who work year-round to plan their annual five-day conference. GES hosts an annual conference that brings together student delegates from around the world. The conference provides attendees with professional mentorships, capacity-building workshops, influential speakers, and resources to develop and implement social ventures. Delegates have the opportunity to network with like-minded students and industry experts. GES aims to build the capacity of the next generation of global change leaders. They offer year-round support for delegates, including internship opportunities, media exposure, and funding prospects through partnerships with organizations like the Buffett Institute, Indiegogo, and Watson University. Professionals and organizations interested in participating in the Summit can contact the Content Committee at [email protected]. To apply to be a delegate, visit www.thegesnu.org.
