Georgia Tech Experimental Rocketry

Georgia Tech Experimental Rocketry (GTXR) is a student-led organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. The group is composed of 36 employees dedicated to pushing the boundaries of space exploration. GXT is driven by the ambition to become the first collegiate team to launch a two-stage solid propellant rocket to the Karman Line. GTXR focuses on designing, building, and testing high-performance, two-stage rockets powered by solid rocket motors developed entirely in-house by the team's engineers and researchers. This hands-on approach allows for a deep understanding of every component and system involved in rocketry. What sets GTXR apart is their commitment to student development and innovation. Every member is involved in all stages of the project, from design and construction to testing and launch, gaining invaluable experience and pushing the limits of what's possible in aerospace engineering.
