Friends of Oakland Animal Services

Friends of Oakland Animal Services (FOAS) is a non-profit organization based in Oakland, California. Established in 2005, FOAS is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to enhancing the well-being of animals in the care of Oakland Animal Services. The organization is staffed by two employees and generates an annual revenue of $2.5 million. FOAS supports Oakland Animal Services by providing funding for a variety of programs and initiatives.
