Fourth Street Clinic

Fourth Street Clinic is a non-profit organization based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded in 1988, the clinic has grown from a small triage clinic to a federally qualified community health center serving over 5,000 homeless men, women, and children annually. Fourth Street Clinic provides a wide range of services, including medical, mental health, substance abuse, dental, and case management. They also operate the ALSAM Foundation Pharmacy, which dispenses 70,000 medications each year.
