For(bes)TheCulture is a non-profit organization based in Jersey City, New Jersey, with a small team of three employees. Founded at the 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 Conference in Boston, the organization focuses on bringing together Black and Brown world leaders. For(bes)TheCulture aims to provide a platform for these leaders to identify, discuss, and collaborate on solutions to issues affecting their communities both domestically and internationally. The organization seeks to empower and amplify the voices of these individuals, fostering a network of support and innovation. The organization’s mission centers around fostering a global community of diverse leaders who are driven to make a positive impact on the world.
