First Army

First Army is a government organization headquartered in Rock Island, Illinois. The organization has 156 employees and generates over $1 billion in annual revenue. First Army serves as the coordinating authority for the implementation of Army Total Force Policy (ATFP). Their primary mission is to partner with the Army National Guard and the US Army Reserve, enabling these Reserve Component (RC) formations to achieve readiness goals set by the Headquarters Department of the Army.
