Filipino Cultural School

Filipino Cultural School (FCS) is a non-profit organization based in Norwalk, California. The organization employs 20 to 49 people and has an annual revenue exceeding $10,000. FCS is dedicated to preserving and promoting Philippine heritage and culture through a summer program aimed at both Filipino and non-Filipino youth. FCS offers a cultural education program focused on the traditions and values of the Philippines. The program is designed to reach a broad audience of Filipino American youth, fostering an understanding and appreciation of their cultural roots. The school has a rich history, with sites operating in various California cities including Los Angeles, Wilmington, Carson, Cerritos, Long Beach, and Anaheim. After a period of inactivity, FCS was revived in 2013 by a dedicated group of alumni and supporters, ensuring its continued presence in the Filipino American community.
