Faculty of Science Students Association

The Faculty of Science Students Association is a student organization based in the United States. With a team of 9 employees, FOSSA serves the Laurier Science Community by providing a variety of resources and activities for undergraduate students. FOSSA's primary function is to enhance the university experience for all students enrolled in the Faculty of Science's programs. They achieve this by organizing events, providing valuable information and services, and acting as a liaison between student clubs within the Faculty of Science and the broader Students’ Union. Their activities aim to improve the educational, cultural, environmental, and social aspects of the student experience. Funded by a compulsory Faculty Based Fee paid by all students in the Faculty of Science, FOSSA is dedicated to supporting the academic and personal growth of its members.
