Face The World Foundation

Face The World Foundation (FTW) is a nonprofit organization based in Petaluma, California. Established in 1980, FTW is dedicated to promoting global learning and cultural exchange. The organization employs 56 people and generates annual revenue of $50 million. FTW offers educational and cultural exchange programs for international high school students, enabling them to experience life in the United States. Their programs, including Semester and Academic Year options, provide full-time study at American high schools for students aged 15 to 18. Students are placed in schools across the country and live with carefully selected volunteer host families.
