Executive Coaches of Orange County

Executive Coaches of Orange County (ECofOC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Newport Beach, California. Founded in 2002, ECofOC is run entirely by volunteers and has a team of 42 employees. ECofOC is dedicated to developing nonprofit leaders within the Orange County community. The organization provides coaching services to nonprofit organizations, currently working with over 162 clients from a variety of institutions. Since its inception, ECofOC has supported over 360 nonprofits, including notable organizations like Orange County United Way, Make-A-Wish OC & the Inland Empire, Second Harvest Food Bank of OC, Charitable Ventures, Think Together, Boys and Girls Club of Garden Grove, and Girl Scouts of Orange County. What sets ECofOC apart is its commitment to providing pro bono coaching services. Clients meet with their volunteer coach monthly for an average engagement of 2.5 years. ECofOC’s volunteer coaches come from diverse backgrounds, including retired business executives, professional coaches, business and HR consultants, and nonprofit leaders.
