Excess Line Association of New York

The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) is a non-profit organization based in New York, New York. Established in 1989, ELANY is governed by statute and employs 40 individuals. ELANY works to ensure compliance with New York's excess and surplus lines insurance law.
