Evansville African American Museum

The Evansville African American Museum is a non-profit organization based in Evansville, Indiana. Employing three dedicated staff members, the museum is a valuable resource for understanding the rich history of Black communities in the region. The museum's mission is to preserve and share the stories of African American residents of Evansville from its founding in 1820 to the present day.
